Evaluation Question 3:What have you learned from your audience feedback?

What have you learned from your audience feedback?

For my audience feedback i asked two 17 yearolds a few questions about my trailer.

From the feedback i learnt that the overall was good possitive feedback saying they liked it and would go see it but the deeper questions helped me in other aspects. For example "which age group would you see this movie being aimed at?" the answer was teenagers and older. This fits with the age i was trying to reach from when we made our pitch at the start of the campaign.

Another question i asked was "which aspects did you like most about the trailer?" The answer that i found most interesting and beneficial was the answer from the first girl when she talked about the element of realism regarding the old man not wanting to admit the house is haunted as people would think he is crazy. This is a real life thing as the majority of people believe ghosts dont exist and only crazy people think they do. This was important feedback for me as it meant that the trailer had a aura of realism and wasnt just made up and i believe films that seem true can appeal to a wider audience.
